Professional experience
I am a thinking partner to leaders and teams from young entrepreneurial organisations. I choose to do this because I believe in their disruptive potential to change the world and make it a better place.
My track record is in working in helping professions. Over the years, I have worn many hats – trainer, learning consultant, curriculum designer, programme manager, facilitator, coach, mentor, leadership development specialist. In essence, they were all about helping others be at their best.
Formerly I have been the Leadership Development Manager for Vodafone Group, based in London. In my role, I have managed the design and deployment of global leadership development programmes, high potential programmes and coaching culture strategy. I now sit on the Board for The Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS). I am also a member of the Disruptive Tech Working Group of the Future of Coaching Collaboration, a group taking the lead on building strong links between megatrends impacting the future of work and the coaching profession.
